  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering through accepted payment methods listed on our website.
  • Strictly net one month unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the size and destination of the order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Discrepancies or breakages must be notified within 2 days of delivery.
  • Customers may return products within 14 days of invoice, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted on electrical/gas items and boiler spares.
  • Special order items cannot be returned.
  • Stock items may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and can take up to 7 to 14 working days to reflect.

  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
